FNB debited R1,000.00 from my account on 20th Sept. I phoned to ask what was going on, spoke to Sulesi on 21st Sept who apologised on behalf of Fnb saying they'd return my money within 24 hours. Telkom took an amount of R2870.00 from my account. I have a contract with them for Smartbroadband wireless 20GB deal.our agreement was that it must not ho beyond 20GB.To my surprise they now take over R2800. I went to their office in wonderpark and they told me that they do not do billing then they give you phone to call the billing department to log a complaint. To this day I did not get any joy. My case number is 21363107. I want my money back.

My girlfriend recently spent time at Bara after suffering her 3rd stroke. After her discharge we have had absolutely NO communication with anyone at the hospital as to her ongoing treatment ,which is for life. She provided a blood sample at the Parkhurst Clinic, as per instruction, but upon investigation we've discovered that the Neurologist in question has not received any results. The Unlimited funeral cover is the worst I have ever seen. They are quick to take your money and sell policies to you but when it comes to claiming they are negligent, slow and unsympathetic to say the least!!!
