Vodacom removed from my bank account more than double the amount I have contracted for. They close the reference numbers where I inquire about this without any explanation. You get sent from department to department and eventually cut off. They once phoned back after cutting me off with a promise to respond within 15 minutes. Still waiting days later. This is nothing but theft. All that remains now is to make a case of theft against them.
