Ackermans Complaints - credit increase limit

I went to Menlyn store to apply for a credit limit increase. I submitted all the relevant documents i.e. the latest 3 months bank statement. the cashier scanned the documents to their head office and they told me that I will receive an sms within 24-48hours. 2 weeks went by without any response and I made a follow up , I was told that it is now that they pick it up on the system when I called. they told me that they can see the statements on the system and told me the same story of receiving the sms in 24 hours. I did not get anything. now its 6 weeks later and I made another follow up today , I was told that the figures are not visible and that I should go back to the store. I am tired I am thinking of cancelling my card with them and close it. I will also tell all my friends and family that they must not visit the store anymore. I have been a loyal customer to Ackermans since 2010.
