Agoda Complaints - Customer Services

Agoda for the mismanagement of my booking: The agency failed to amend an incorrect booking made by them to a hotel that I was interested in occupying. I tried to call and raise the concern but their "customer care" line only consists of a voice prompt that eventually hangs up on you. They have already deducted my money and I am now only in contact with them via the hotel acting as the middleman.

They provide no other alternative for us to contact them on and it appears that I'm not the only one who has a similar complaint.
