Standard Bank Home oners Insurance Complaints - Damaged Ceiling not done after geyser installation.

Appalling service received from Standard bank. Reported geyser on the 3rd june, no one came until I phoned the after 4 day. I had to follow up with them waisting cellphone bill. They came and instal geyser but ceilling was damaged and contractor repored that from 8 of june. No one came. I keep on phoning them waisting cellphone bill. No one takes you serious there and they refuse when you want to talk to somebody in charge. Eventually last week when I threatened then with reporting them to ombudsman. Some came to take photos and no feedback was given and ceilling is still not fixed.im thinking of writing to newspaper about the pathetic kind of service they give to people.
