TELKOM Complaints - DATA Dispute and forced debit orders

Telkom is debiting my account on a contract I took for my child. The cellphone package was supposed to be R 99.00 per month. I did request for a 0 spending limit but to my surprise they included R 500 data on a R99 phone. How ridiculous is that? what would a 9yr old do with so much data. Fast forward, I received my statement and disputed that, asked them to remove that data and send me the correct bill. This has been on going since the 17th of July case no. 24136943, noting was done, had to call again and they promised again to resolve the case, on the 7th Aug, promised a call from managers Busisiwe Sibamba or Masilo Mohale, to date non. Everyime I call the matter is being investigated. meanwhile Telkom debited my account on the 25th July, managed to reverse the debit order and they tried again today the 15th Aug and found no funds in my account. They keep on changing reference numbers so the debit order can go through. This is really frustrating. I want to cancel this contract as a fraudulent transaction was made when taking the contract. This was never the agreed amount and the 2 nd debit order still had the R500 spending limit which I ad asked them to reduce to R1 as they cannot put it to R0.00. Today I spoke to Samantha and previously spoke to Ayanda who dropped a call on me, and I called again to speak to Lehlohonolo. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED, Samantha promised me an email and that she will copy me, an hour later I am still waiting. THESE CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE PATHETIC, JUST AS TELKOM. I have attached your the invoice, I want to cancel the contract, the device is still sealed.
