Neotel Complaints - Data on account witout permissiom

My contract with Neotel which was R176 for 10gb expired in Dec 2016. After that I received an account of R99pm.up and until August 2017 which I could afford. September 2017 I suddeenly received an account of R454 which I paid although I as a pensioner could not afford. I made numerious calls to Neotel to sort this out. They promissed to send email to discuss everything whch I never received. I realised they debit my account with data that I never asked for. October I reveived an account for more than R540.I went to the bank and made a stop payment. after that I received threatening SMS messages tellimg me they are going to take legal action. I just want nudebt managment to send me taped conversations where I gave permission to debit my account
