RMCS Complaints - DE ACTIVATED SIM CARD

RMCS SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR CALL CENTRE AGENT DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY DOING. PHINDILE CUTS THE CALL ON ME. TEAM LEADER IS ALWAYS IN A MEETING I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED I DONT HAVE A SIM CARD FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS 079 169 4452 THEY PROMISE TO SEND IT TO ME TILL THIS DAY NOTHING. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND PUT ME BACK ON PREPAID THEY CANNOT EVEN DO THAT. I'M VERY ANGRY
