Telkom SA Complaints - Debit order incorrect

I took a contract with Telkom over the line and I was promised that my debit order will be R199.00 every money no one told me about the limit only to discover when I got a debit of R699 I called to dispute and be debited correctly nothing was done Query number was 28920800 and logged another one regarding data not lasting as during the day no one uses it query number 28923171 nothing was also done the following month I got another debit again of R699 I called again and disputed it I spoke to a lady called Simphiwe Makhathini who promised to fix it and could see the previous consultant struggled to fix the error and left it for me to get debited again another R699 today I got a Statement which says I owe R 1600.70 I don't understand were is it coming from, according to my understanding they owe me R301.00 from the previous debit they did , I went and reversed the R699 as it affected my budget for the month , I amd a very unhappy client and will definitely not recommend Telkom to anyone , the whole thing shows consultants don't even know what they are doing and when selling products to clients not full information is disclosed it is disappointing and I want my money back and not even interested in the product at all because of the treatment I got.
