, I took contract for cell number 0662203619 with Vodacom direct in November and was told insurance will be R58.00 for Samsung Galaxy J5 and email below was sent to me as proof but was I shocked on Monday when I took the phone to repairs because of damage to it and was told it does not have insurance . whereas all are along I know that both my cell phones are covered should anything happen to it. my phone has been in service since May 16 last year to now still my request for repairs is declined. i have been sending email to Cellsure but still no joy in fixing my phone, Vodacom consultant who i took contract to did not add insurance but whereas my contract came insurance, whose fault its .iam really mad about this
