Netflorist Complaints - delivery

I placed 2 orders with Netflorist to be delivered today 02/05/2018 and I call at 8.30 this morning to confirm delivery because it was a special occasion for these two Kids the the lady from the call center said she will put a not on the system for delivery that the items must be delivered by 10.00 am this morning, I call at 1600 hrs and to check if the items were delivered and still hasn't been delivered, the women put the phone down whilst i was still talking, I called again and the same result, I called again the women told me that the driver as 21 deliveries, The creche closes at 16.30 and I am so frustrated couldn't get and proper answer from the call center agents. Will never use their service again this is not the first time I have complained and they actually do nothing about it. Order no 102792173 and 102792169
