Vodacom Complaints - Did not receive my refund

I was offered a router 2 months ago telepathically on contract. I had asked the sales person if any money will be deducted out of my account as pro-data and had been advised no, since it was the beginning of the month the contract was taken, however on the 14th of September money was deducted from my account which was not accommodated for. I therefor cancelled the contract within the time limit and the router was collected by Vodacom. I had been promised that I will be credited within 21 days, however this did not happen and on the 31st October a further R55 was taken out of my account. I called Vodacom and the lady said that I will only receive R299 whereas much more was taken out of my account. Kindly investigate since I am very concerned that it is over the time limit and money that was due to me has not been received. I also feel that Vodacom should first consult with their client before taking money out of their accounts, without consent how can they interfere with a persons banking account.
