multichoice Complaints - discnnected service

I call Multichoice every month to reconnect my services.They keep on saying they will escalate the incident nothing happens.I spoke to Thulani today 08 August and was promised that I would receive an email escalating my problem.Who is going to fit the bill for all the calls I have made from April?You are ripping me off for R50 every time my services are disconnected.Your consultants are incompetent and don't provide feedback.I want this issue resolved otherwise I will cancel my subscription.
