JET Bayside Complaints - DISGUSTING SERVICE - NANCY TISO lacks customer services her tone of voice was loud and adrupt as if she was ready to come over the counter to attack me

This afternoon I went to Jet Bayside to exchange an item which I bought at the same shop a few weeks back , because apparently that's the only shop that stocks a certain brand/designer. When I approached the teller , strike 1 - NANCY TISO came to overhear what I was telling the teller helping me , then she was mumbling and giving me weird looks so I ignored it. The cashier that was assisting me , after she had done her enquiry she did not even bother to inform me she went straight to the teller , strike 2- gossiping to the cashier next to her (Nancy Tiso) whereby they must have thought that I'm a joke because they were talking in Xhosa about me and laughing so I asked the teller that was sorting out my exchange what happened and who is the manager so it was clear that NANCY TISO was NOT the manager , so I told the teller why are you informing her then? I don't have time to wait for them to gossip I went there to get my things sorted out so I could leave, strike 3 - then NANCY TISO started shouting in Xhosa to the teller and she said something in Xhosa thinking I would not understand but little did she know that I infact did understand , it was "what did she say"in an abrupt aggressive tone ,her mannerism or lack thereof was disgusting , her behaviour was as if I'm one of her friends (luckily I'm not) , that she was ready to jump over the counter an attack!!!!!
JET BAYSIDE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICES, POOR SERVICE , THIS STORE LACKS SO MUCH IT WOULD BE IN THEIR BEST INTEREST TO PUT IN EXTRA EFFORT WHEN THEY ARE HIRING/INTERVIEWING EMPLOYEES!! I AM SO DISGUSTED BY THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE EMPLOYEES AND THE MANAGER , WHEN I ASKED HER FOR THE HEAD OFFICE PHONE NUMBER SHE GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF THE VOUCHER CARD AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE TELLERS NAME SHE DIDNT GIVE IT TO ME UNTIL I ASKED LIKE FOR THE 4TH TIME AND STILL SHE DIDNT GIVE ME THE SURNAME UNTIL TOLD HER TO CALL NANCY TISO TO GIVE ME HER FULL NAME.
DISGUSTED BY THIS STORE AND I KNEW SHOPPING AT JET WAS A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN. FIRST , WORST AND LAST TIME!!!
