Woolworths Complaints - Dispute taking up for more than a year with no solutions

Absolute lack of service I have logged a case to Woolworths, does it realy have to take years to assist your customers? what is the reason for your customer service if we will not be assisted?

do i have to have a bad name, listed as a bad payer just because woolworths is lacking to assist us as customers.

in May 8 2018 submited documents to the fraud departments I have sent all the necessary document and break down of payments they request and have been making follow up to date. Every time i was told that i will be contacted but no feedback have been provided.

woolwoths have handed my account to MBD Attorneys i do not understand why as they are still busy with my case and im still making monthly payments regardless of that i have made them aware.

I have been speaking to Steven Appollis at fraud department and every time he state that he has sent my query to finance and still waiting for feedback. Currently receiving registered mails from attorneys
