Nedbank Complaints - Dissatisfied Customer

I am a Nedbank Private Client paying a monthly fee for services. I purchased a vehicle many years back, paid it off, and now , wanting to sell it. I have requested the ownership of said vehicle be sent to me, but they throw you from one person, to another Dept, to another Dept. Now, around 5 emails later, and after around 8 days of waiting, I am publishing this email, as I am totally fed up with Nedbank. Nobody I have dealt with takes ownership or responsibility. That old adag of banks, loans, umbrellas and rain certainly comes to mind. I have all the emails on hand
