UNISA Complaints - Duly passed module written off and deny record of module

Student number :31476007. I was registered for PGCE in 2011/2012. I did 5 modules in 2011 and in 2012 did the other 5 modules including Teaching Practice module which required teaching practice period of 10 weeks to be conducted at a school and 7 assignments to be submitted.I duly did all this and passed all 7 subjects. At the end of 2012, I enquired when I would receive my PGCE certificate and was told to do another language module to get my certificate.I did this language module in 2013.At the end of 2013,I again enquired and was told I had not submitted a form for teaching practice so that is why the module still had not been credited to me.I said that it was impossible for the form to be missing as I had received a letter from unisa confirming my teaching practice at a certain school and unisa only sent that latter after receiving the form detailing when and where I would be doing my 10 week teaching practice. I nevertheless resubmitted the form in early December 2013 and could not get hold of anyone for the remainder of December,January and February 2013. In late March 2013,I finally got hold of the teaching practice unjit to enquire about the module and was told that there was no record of me doing the module.I indicated that even the myunisa website showed my records.Shortly after that I tried to get into my myunisa records to print a printscreen of the assignments passed with the marks and found that all records had been deleted and that they had re-registered me for the teaching practice module and I now owed unisa a sum of money. I contacted them to tell them this was incorrect however did not receive any response. I then forwarded my complaint to the unisa ombudsman and to date am awaiting a reply. In the meantime unisa teaching practice department are sending me correspondence to continue with the teaching practice module. The bad service stinks at unisa. If someone made an error they should own up. I have a registration letter, payment slips for my payment, marked and signed assignments and a letter from the school where I did my teaching practice as proof of my registration and due completion of the module and payment thereof. Unisa need to rectify their records and award me my PGCE as it is hampering me from gaining permanent employment.

Wonderful blog! I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I've been trying for a while but I never seem to
get there! Cheers
