Brright Ford Hermanus Complaints - EcoSport third engine replacement

EcoSport bought 2.12.2015.Has had engine replaced three times, plus two catalytic converters.
I refuse to accept this car, as I do not feel safe with it regularly breaking down.
I have lodged two complaints with Ford SA, Customer Service, receiving no resolution.
The dealer, Bright Ford Hermanus,seems unwilling to replace this vehicle.
Warranty claims adding up to R370,000, prior to latest engine replacement.
The onus is on Ford SA to replace my vehicle.
Currently I have refused to collect the vehicle from Bright Ford,and am having to hire a car. Please help me
