Our water purifying system at home has been faulty and is leaking water. The maintenance team of JN PURE WATER SOLUTIONS has already been here twice in one week and it is still leaking. I called the maintenance team and they assured me that they would be here first thing in the morning. They never arrived. I then called the office to be informed by the owner's wife that she is extremely busy, does not have time to look for my file, and then proceeded to lecture me on my responsibilities with the system. I was appalled.(We have been loyal, non-complaining, paying clients for years.)
The owner (Johan) called me back after seeing my missed call on his mobile. When I told him what is going on and that I am so frustrated that I feel like reporting them on hellopeter, he became aggressive. He shouted that I must not threaten him and that he will not send his team to come and fix their system. He proceeded to put the phone down in my ear, only to follow it up with a lengthy sms on how I am to blame for his behaviour. This is unbelievable.
