Ultimate Auto Vanderbiljpark Complaints - Extremely bad experience

First of all, got the car 5 days later than promised. Secondly service history was more than a year behind (although advertised as having a full history). Then brakes, which were worn down to steel, and rear wiper wich was not working, had to be replaced within a week of receiving the vehicle. Complained on Facebook, was promised a refund, but then all subsequent communication was ignored. In a telephonic conversation I was rudely told that I will not be spoken to and if I continue to contact them I will be sued. Also denied having promised me a refund, although I have it in writing. To finish off, then got a threatening letter from their attorney, which I answered, only to, once again, get zero response. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.
