Outsurance Complaints - extremely poor service

The service is shit, and I'm struggling to get the problem solved. The staff is incompetent and staff in the complaints department is arrogant and incompetent. One of their staff phoned me to try and solve the problem, but he was not nice to me at all. I think they must get somebody that can work with the public and not be arrogant. Outsurance state that they sort out a claim within 24hour, and I'm waiting nearly 4 weeks for payment.
