Telkom Complaints - False Billing

This month Telkom is billing me for a cellphone that I do not own, whose number is 0614822058. Their own invoice shows that one of their own employee loaded this information on the 13 November 2018 into my account. They are refusing to check in their own systems who is the employee who committed this act. Instead they are telling me that it is fraud and they are advising me to go to the police and obtain an affidavit. Their fraud department will act once I have the affidavit. I am refusing to do that; why must I waste police time when they have a fraud department? Police have little resources to deal with crime and criminals. Let them refer this matter to their fraud department to investigate and leave the police to deal with criminals
