Doves funeral cover Complaints - FALSE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY 3 Agents SAM MANAGER INCOMPETENT

Contacted Doves on the 15-10-2018 @around 15H48 spoke to Zinhle confirmed that I was able to claim as my mother inlaw had passedon AND she even sent me the claims form to fill in AND send it back, on Tuesday the 16 October spoke to a lady by the name of Mechale who confirmed as well that they will be assisting me with a claim AND the deceased with be fetch from Bara hospital to their pallor in Bramfontain arrangement were made on Wednesday as they were suppose to fetch the deceased I was advised by a lady by the name of Mam Lizzy that my policy was in a waiting period AND it only ends end of October. my question was how come 3AGENTS couldn't pick it up only at a last minute I'm been let down after we prepared everything. spoke to a Mananger by the name of (SAM) who promised to deal with the matter a nd contact me within 15 minutes that didn't happen. contacted them again SAM told me turnaround time was 48H00 which I didn't have. till to date 25-10-18 no feedback. as they retrieved the call AND listened to our conversation with all the agent how I was let down by them. till today no feed back nothiNg.
