Neotel Complaints - Falsely blacklisted by idiots

My business has been blacklisted FALSELY for an account I dont have with Neotel.

I tried Neotel and signed up for a contract about 3 months ago.

The service did not work correctly in my area and if you have a contract with them the only way to find out what your current call charges are is to wait till the end of the month, not acceptable today.

They told me the only way to do this was prepaid.

So we canceled the contract and I went prepaid.

The prepaid system did not work at all. So I returned the goods and the guy in the shop said that it will be sorted by the end of the month, contract cancelled.

I received an invoice end of May, reported it to Neotel who replied saying thay have requested a credit. and today I got an email from some attorney saying I have been blacklisted.

Below is the last email from neotel 8/6/2012

Kindly be advised that i have escalated a credit request to account department with reference number: SREQ_14225455 and one of our consultant will contact you shortly.
