TELKOM SA Complaints - FAULT NOT CORRECTED

I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH TELKOM ON 14/12/2017 THAT MY LANDLINE WAS VERY NOISY AND MY INTERNET WENT DEAD. DESPITE AT LEAST SEVEN CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE, I KEPT BEING TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM IS AWAITING A TECHNICIAN TO BE ALLOCATED. THEY CANNOT TELL WHEN AND WHO IS INVOLVED AND HOW I CAN ESCALATE THE PROBLEM. APPARENTLY THE PROBLEM IS WITH OPENSURE WHO HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE CONTRACT TO REPAIR FAULTS.

I AM A DOCTOR WORKING INTHE STATE SECTOR AND NEED BOTH THESE FACILITIES TO BE OPERATIVE.
