telkom Complaints - faulty bill and limit removal without concent

my Mother upgrade her phone contract with Telkom towards the end of may. We specifically request twice that a limit of R10 is put in place to avoid a high telephone bill as she is a pensioner with a very small income. The limit is for r10 and the total should not exceed r309. She received a bill of r730. When we went to the branch in Brakpan, they advise us that they have done a system upgrade and therefore the limit was removed by the system and that she have to pay it because she have used the data. We do not dispute the fact that data was used, we dispute the fact that the limit was removed without our concent and the arrogance of the Telkom consultants in store and at the call center. This is unacceptable and therefore I have decided to not continue with my two Telkom contracts.
