Cash Crusaders Eastlynne Pretoria Complaints - Faulty cellphone, manager refusing to give refund or new cellphone

I bought a brand new phone on the 27th of July 2020, a week later it gave problems.I took it back to the shop, they fixed it.On the 24th of August it just went off completely. I took it to the shop, and suggested they replace it or refund me since it's new and giving so much problems.The manager was so rude, not willing to help at all.Telling me he's the owner and doesn't care if I report him. He ended up saying he's taking it for repairs, he'll phone me a week after.He never called.I called the shop, he didn't talk to me, one employee apologized and promised to call as soon as they know what's going on with that phone.Even today I haven't heard from them.
