Game Store Jabulani Mall Complaints - Faulty Front Loader Washing Machine-BRAND DEFY

ON THE 06/02/2016 I BOUGHT A FRONT LOADER WASHING MACHINE DEFY BRAND,SALESMAN'S NAME WAS MANDLA.BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER 2016 THE APPLIANCCE WAS NO LONGER WORKING, I EVEN PAID INSURANCE FOR THE MACHINE.I REPORTED THE MACHINE TO GAME STORE JABULANI MALL TO MANDLA AND RHE TECHICNICIAN BY THE NAME OF ABRAM, CAME TO HOUSE, UNFORTUNATELY I WAS AT WORK AND THE GUY FOUND MY DAUGHTER.THE TECHNICIAN OPEN THE BACK OF THE MACHINE AND THE MACHINE ONLY WORKED WHILE HE WAS AT MY HOUSE.I TRIED TO DO THE LAUNDRY THE SAME DAY AFTER WORK TO MY SUPRISE THE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. I LODGE ANOTHER COMPLAINT TO MANDLA WHO PHONED THE ABRAM AND ABRAM THE TECHNICIAN TOLD MANDLA THERE IS A FAULTY PART IN THE MACHINE. I PHONE ON THE 19/12, AGAIN ON THE 23/12/2016. I PHONED AGAIN ON 04/01/2017 WITH ME SAME PROBLEM, BECAUSE PROMISED TO CONTAT DEFY AND HE WILL GET BACK TO ME, OF WHICH HE DID NOT. I REQUESTED FOR THE NAME AND NUMBER OF THE PERSON HE WAS DEALING WITH AT DEFY, HE REFUSED AND CLEARLY IT SHOWS HE FORGOT ABOUT MY QUERY. I PERONALLY WANTED TO CONTACT THE SUPPLIER TO LODGE COMPLAINT BECAUSE MANDLA THE SALESMANE COULD NOT KEEP HIS PROMISE AND HAPPY CUSTOMER.I AM WORKING MOTHER I NEED MY MACHINE TO DO MY LAUNDRY,I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM GAME STORE JABULANI MALL. WITH NO APOLOGY
