Cell Drive Linton Grange, Port Elizabeth Complaints - Faulty product

I was charged R2000 for an original LCD for my Samsung A5. The repair was done on the 27th November 2018 and on the 30th November 2018, my screen started to go purple in patches. On the 1st December when I took it back to the owner of the shop, Malik, he advised me that there is no guarantee on LCDs and I probably sat on the phone. He said that he had no responsibility for replacing the LCD or refunding me my money.
