ACKERMANS Complaints - FAULTY TABLET & CELLPHONE

A Year ago I bought a Premio 700v tablet from Ackermans Brackenfell. And since then it has been in and out for repairs 7 times . This tablet has given me no joy only disappointment and bad customer service.
Five weeks ago I also bought a Cellc phone from them -two weeks later it gave me major problems and I took it back to the store only to find out that the tablet has come back to the store (from repairs) about 3weeks ago -- nobody took the time to call me and inform me about this.
Already upset about the tablet and now the phone breaking as well I got into an argument with the manager... Its 3 weeks later and still my phone has not been send to be repaired. And becos I was fighting with them about the 700V I REFUSED TO SIGN SOME SORT OF PAPER for the cellphone to be repaired. Now being spiteful management and her staff has decided not to send my phone in for repairs ...
I had to buy a cheapy from PicknPay Hypermaket just to keep in touch with family , friends and colleagues. I hope , pray and demand that Ackemans will do the honorable thing and pay back all the petrol monies i had to spend to get to their store , the money of the Premio tablet , the cheapie phone and replace the cellc phone with a new one!!!!
