Hyndai Dealer Woodmeasd Complaints - Faulty Vehicle Multi Fuction Display

I bought a VW Polo at the Hyundai Woodmead Dealership and after a week of driving it the service inspection light came on and reported the mater to then. They assured me that they service their vehicle before delivering them to customers and perform 125-point quality check.They took my car for 10 days for servicing and when it came back I took it for a long distance trip and noticed that my Multi function Display was mulfuctioning and took it back to them for repairs and myself and Service manager both went to VW Dealer for more information about the fault and were told that it is faulty and need to be checked and repaired.The Dealer Sales Manager Sabastian Fourie refused to fix the Vehicle stating that it is not his responsibility and that I refused to take the extended warranty they offered me.I requested him to cancel the deal since I have not had the car for 30days and nott happy with its fault/problems. he refused saying I can take him to MIOSA or Lawyers he wont cancel the Deal or repair the car.


Those Sales People at Hyundai are horrible to their customers after they receive deal/money they don't car and not ashamed to say it in your face
