LG Service Centre Montegu Gardens Cape Town Complaints - Field call gone miserably wrong_Rude manager

On 8 December 2017 a technician from the LG service centre came out to my house as my washing machine was making a loud noise. The technician opened the machine and made his observations. He told me that the bearings has ceased and I need another spider (which is holding the drum). I still told him that at least it is still working for now.
On 14 December 2017 I tried to use my machine again for the first time after he worked on it and it was completely broken. It switched on but the drum was not turning at all. When I called the office the technician admitted that he turned the drum. That was after I spoke to the manager at LG service centre in Montague Gardens who was extremely rude, telling me that my bra got stuck in the drum and he does not wear bras. They refused to send someone out without me paying for the call out fee again. After the call I felt so violated and helpless. So much for 'service with a smile'!
