SASSA Complaints - First Time Registration

First time went to SASSA Regional Offices in East London to find out where to register and what I must bring. Was told my Identity Document, Birth Certificate and Proof of Address. Went to SASSA offices in town next to the Town Hall, sat there for about an hour only to be told I need to get form filled in at school. Did that and went and again was asked where is the child of which nobody told me to bring him so had to go home and bring him after school. Two times after that on Fridays they were offline, went in again and informed there are only three people who assist that day and it was soo full and the queue barely moved, still was assisted. Went in again on the 29th April and was told the staff has gone home already (doors open though) as they stopped assisting at 10am (what is that?, they could have left at 1pm). We were there again today and they said there are not taking anymore people who want to register and those who wanted to hand in forms to get their grants paid into their accounts so I asked where does it state we must come at a certain time to register as I was never told before and I did not get a proper answer. I am sooo angry and dissappointed with this kind of bad service. Do they want us give up? I need the grant as I am unemployed.
