Jonathan Zwangendaba Complaints - FNB Fraud

Went into FNB bank to lodge a fraud case on the 26th.
Nothing has been done, after follow up today they had to start the process all over, wasting 4 working days.

They told me that while lodging the fraud case forms in the bank, I should have also phoned while I was in the bank.

I think it is rediculous. If you fill in the forms surely that gets logged on the system????????
