vodacom Complaints - Fraud

I was informed on the 9/09 around 15:oo thatmy number has been converted from prepaid to contract by this so called rmcs from edcon group which i know nothing about, to my surprise when contacting vodacom customer as the service i wanted as not active and was advised to go with my id to any edcon store to enquire. I went there immediately and was told that rmcs closes @2pm onn a saturday and they not working on sunday i asked for their contact numbers. This morning i call rcms then a consultant tells me she does not have my number on their system i must give her my details she will log a call which will take 42hrs to be attended to. Firstly this is fraud, yes the airtime i received and my recharge is also there but when making called it's deducted from the rmcs airtime which i never asked for. Can someone please attend to this matter asap as i cannot do any services with my number. PLEASE REPLY ME THIS IS NONSENSE AND THEY TELL ME ABOUT 42 HOURS. I'll also take the matter further if needs be.
