Durban Renault Complaints - Fraudulant Policies

I bought a car from Durban Renault and later on they called me for an extended warranty booster that I am paying together with my car instalment, as per recordings it is stated very clear that should I have a problem with a battery they will replace it immediately. Now it's about three weeks but nothing has been done and they are telling that it's not their problem. With due respect Durban Renault needs to do something to protect their clients if they understand customer relation or else we gonna take them to court for a fraud
