MRP Mobile Complaints - Fraudulent billing

I am a customer of MRP Mobile, since 2016. The marketing consultant from the MRP Mobile called me to with an offer of a contract phone, Prestigio Multipad Wize 3137 3G. The contract was for 24-month at R119 per month. After consideration, I decided to otherwise, an my communication with the MRP Mobile was to exchange the tablet for a phone. The initial marketing consultant said that they are giving a cool off period of around eight (8) days, but they refused to exchange the device as they say it is against their rules.
I then decided to cancel the contract to which the consultant quoted R1,700-00 cancellation fee. Because I could not pay the amount then, I continued with the contract.

The device they gave me was mulfunctioning a lot, it was slow and froze quite often. When I reported the faulty, I was told to contact the technical support of Prestigio on my own. I then contacted the Prestio offices and they fetched the device. Later, one of the technicians said he does not see any fault with the device and they sent it back to me. The device continued to mulfunction.
My monthly installments were R119-00, up until towards the end of 2017 where I realised they were debiting various amounts of amounts ranging in R470. I inquired and they said it is because I have signed an "open contract". I requested the voice recording where they initially contacted me. On several occassions they promised to e-mail it to me. They eventually said they e-mailed to this e-mail, which is not available.

The SIM card number is: 061 560 9384, I am not using the SIM card anymore as I cannot control the spending - because the data is in use even if the device is not in use.
