Standard Bank Zambesi Mall Pretoria Complaints - Funds transfered not available after 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Tuesday 27/06 we went to Zambesi Mall Standard Bank to transfer funds, we have paid R214-00 Electronic transfer fees to make the funds available immediately to account holder at ABSA Bank. They assure us the money will be available directly after transaction. We went back to them yesterday afternoon, the money is still not available for the account holder at ABSA Bank. We spoke to the branch Manager Sonja Fahiy. They said that the problem is at ABSA Bank, but surely if they process the transaction from Standard Bank correctly, the money should have been available on Tuesday already. It is now Friday afternoon, money still not availabe!!! In that case I want the transfer fees paid back to us!!
