DB Training Complaints - Goldwagen Boksburg bad service

I persuade parts for Audi at Goldwagen one of 4 parts fail. I did persuade a new one from them Supa Quick fit the part and I took the failing part back. I did fill in a claim form from them and hand it over with all documents required there Manager said I need to return all the parts for them to do the claim at my cost. This is not acceptable and he had a really bad attitude and was not willing to help and sort out the problem.
