Greyhound Complaints - Greyhound has no compassion

When i came to Jhb earlier this week the bus wasnt on time.Getying on the bus some lazy host just told me and another lady to sit on seats downstairs.Hours later he woke us up and had to move upstairs because he was too lazy earlier the night yo take us upstairs.

The worst part is when I finally got monry together to pay this penalty and 50%.Now I got told I had to do that within the forst 2hours after the bus left.Now I have to pay R720.
