Cell C Complaints - Handed Tablet in for repair - disappeared

I handed my tablet in at Cell C Cape Gat on 19/12/2018. As it took 21 working days I thought to be fare and give them more time. On 15 February 2018 I went to the branch to enquire about my tablet as I asked that they should phone me before they do any repairs but I have not received any calls. Angelica assisted and said she can see that It was booked in but it was also cancelled. I had to wait to speak to Philip, the store manager - he told me he was busy with a client but would phone me the same day. No call recevied. 2 days later I went back - stil no feedback available. I was promised I would get a call on Monday 19 Feb 2018. Still no calls. When I phoned again today I asked to be given the contact details of a regional manager and was told the manager will phone me with the details today as only they are allowed to hand it out. I am EXTREMELY disappointed - I have 9 cell contracts for my family and have NEVER received such shocking service from Cell C. I expect that my tablet will be replaced if they lost it.
