Vodacom Complaints - Haven't received phone yet

Poor communication from staff at Vodacom blue route mall.its been nearly 3weeks that iv been struggling to get a phone, after iv taken my phone in to the store for repairs.I must constantly phone in and find out what is happening,I was told to come in and collect my new phone,just to get there and the phone is not in stock.spoke to the manager and he assured me he will address the issue and will make sure to get me a phone asap,a week later and no phone yet.I feel like canceling all my contracts with Vodacom and actually taking it further as I'm a very good custom and never miss a payment or late with a payment.Very unprofessional staff.
