Zest Life Complaints - Hold on Bank account

I have taken GAP cover with ZEST Life about 3 years ago. About 2 years ago i wanted to put a claim in for some medical bills. But it was declined i cant even remeber why but that is not the problem. On the 27th of July 2019 I have cancelled my cover with them with emmidate effect as i keep on paying for somthing that i have no need for. At the end of August 2019 the premium went off again so i contacted my bank and have it returned. At end September 2019 they have taken the amount of R548.00 from my accountand plasing a hold on my bank account so i am unable to return the premium. After a lot of emails and complaint i have asked them to refund my money as my bank are unable to return debit ord. Still they have not done it and they can not tell me when or even if they can do it. I have never signed or given any consent to deduct the amount of R548.00 from my account. Please assist
