Nedbank insurance Complaints - home insurance

Good day

I hope that you are well, I’m being moved from pillar to post regarding the three claim I did on the 1/12/2017. First claim it was for the gazer that is leaking from outside and the wall is damage from in and outside. The person that I did a claim with she asked me if the ceiling is damaged and I said no is only the black dot on the ceiling but it is fine. The insurance will pay my water bill and I need to give you the statement. The lady didn’t give me the ref number for the two claim. The gentle man came from the insurance to assess the damages.

Yesterday (11/12/2017) I went to Nedbank Forest Hill branch and I spoke to the manager regarding my claim and she called the home insurance. She spoke to Angie from home insurance and Angie spoke about one claim for the pipes and I ask Angie about the claim for the gazer and she said there is no claim and she transfer my call to Helda and Helda ask me questions and I told her to check on the system because the is notes on the system and she hag up on me.

Yesterday when I got home I found my bed wet, the gazer was leaking from the ceiling. I need my bed to be replaced, wall to be fixed, the ceiling to be fixed and gazer replaced.The electric plug is not working properly.
I’m not happy at all. This is not exceptable, I need everything to be fixed.
