Telkom Complaints - Horrific lack of service.

Been trying since last month to have my ADSL line moved 300m down the road (on exactly the same line) to where we have moved.
Have waited scores of minutes for someone to answer 10213 telephone number and days for a reaction to an email to their advertised address of [email protected]
Just spoken to Litanya on their 10213 line. She obviously reads from a prepared sheet because the excuse is identical to previous calls. "We do apologize ... high call volumes..."
Very inefficient and shoddy service. I'm sure that they will bill me for the whole month regardless of when they actually move my service.
