NEDBANK BOULDERS MIDRAND Complaints - HORRIFIC SERVICE

I VISITED NEDBANK MIDRAND BOULDERS BRANCH ON THE 5TH OCTOBER, LAST WEEK THURSDAY AND THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLY BAD FROM HELP DESK(RECEPTION) TO THE BRANCH MANAGER. I SPEND ALMOST 1HOUR AT THE BANK JUST TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE STOP ORDER, I WAS SEND TO NEW ACCOUNTS AFTER A LONG WAIT OF MORE THAN 45 MINUTES FOR NEW ACCOUNTS, I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS SEND TO THE WRONG QUEUE AND I ASKED THE PERSON AT THE RECEPTION MORE THAN THREE TIMES AS TO WHY IS HE SENDING ME TO NEW ACCOUNTS BECAUSE I HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT JUST WANTED TO ACTIVATE A STOP ORDER, HE SEEMED CLUELESS AND HE INSISTED I MUST GO TO NEW ACCOUNTS, LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANAGER AT THE BRANCH ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE AND PUTTING PEOPLE AT FRONT DESK WHO DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, TO DATE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK AND I WILL NEVER VISIT MIDRAND BRANCH AGAIN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BECAUSE OF THIS APPALLING SERVICE I RECEIVED. AM STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK FROM THE SO CALLED BRANCH MANAGER
