ABSA PAROW CENTRE Complaints - INCOMPETENCE

On 16 July I went to ABSA PAROW CENTRE wanting to apply for a home loan, I got turned away due to incomplete documentation I had. I was told to leave my details so that a Consultant can get hold of me, s/he never did. I ended up calling ABSA HOMELOANS CUSTOMER SERVICE on 17 July 2019. Ruhida Khan gave me a call on the same day and notified me of that a Consultant would contact me. Zelda Brink contacted me on the same day and told me the process. On 23 July 2019 my loan application was completed, I requested Zelda to send it to ABSA PAROW CENTRE so that I can sign the documents, big mistake. The document was sent to Waseema Ajouhaar on 23 July 2019, she never contacted me regarding her availability so that I could go over and sign the document. I called her but with no luck, I ended up contacting Zelda Brink again and asked her to rather send the document to ABSA TYGERVALLEY. Zelda Brink contacted Waseema Ajouhaar's Manager regarding this matter, only then Waseema Ajouhaar sent me an email claiming she's unable to take calls, she's busy on 26 July 2019. She told me I could come over to sign the document, because of traffic I got to the bank at 15:33, she refused to let me in, I was standing outside pleading with her to let me in as she knew that I was coming...that didn't happen. I went away without signing the document. Only on 29 July I got to sign the document. I will NEVER use ABSA PAROW CENTRE again and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone, I've never seen such incompetency in my life.
