Post Office Port Alfred Complaints - Incompetence customer service

On the 01 August 2017 I went to Port Alfred Post Office to get a parcel to receive a parcel from Home choice Cape Town. I then requested to send that parcel to Cape Town on another different address.

I completed the slip and wrote the address to be sent to. I paid R114. The lady that was assisting me (Tandoe Mavume) mentioned that I do not have to pay if I am sending the parcel back to Homechoice. I clearly explained to her that NO I am not sending it back to Home Choice. the adress was cleary written on the slip. I then paid R114.

A week later I was adived by homechoice that the order was back at their store and wanted to know what was wrong with the goods. I di not understand this. I went back to the post office to complain about the bad service and to claim my R114 back because I was not supposed to be charged if I am sending the parcel back.

I did not get any joy at all. i met with the manager today, 20.09.2017. he was also not helpful and told me that i will have to be patient as this might take longer. I want my damn money back because clearly they gained that money that day>

This is ridiculous. I feel like i was being undermined today. Whn I asked for contact details for the regional manager, those were not provided to me.
