Anderson Insurance Underwritters Complaints - Incompetent and Insufficient

I was involved in a very traumatic motor
accident in my new car barely a month driven. Where I got hit from the back by a drunk third party whose licence disk has expired and has no licence. I am failing to understand why should this exercise be so insufficient and inconveniencing! For three weeks and counting this claim has been registered,claims handlers appointed and told they were fired and still no communication received from the Insurance company. Name & shame,Broker Jay and Claims Manager Tshepo Tsemane ignore my phone calls and are not honest to me. I pay premiums including car hire services but no one is delivering good service or talking to me to resolve my matter as they are meant to be assisting me to get through this traumatic experience with ease instead they are adding more trauma. Bad service and absolutely ill manner ed employees under management.
