Nedbank Complaints - Incompetent service

I am trying to get my Car ownership docs from Nedbank, that was fully settled in 2008. Between Nedbank Plumstead, and VAFAftercare, they each insist that the other party have the documents. What an incompetent lot. No one takes ownershio. Being a Nedbank Private Client has not helped at all.
I have a string of emails now, and it has been going on for over 2 weeks, and the Buyer of my Jeep is now losing interest
Atrocious service and/or advice from Nedank
